The staff is helpful.
I faced numerous issues during my stay. The lift was out of service, forcing us to climb three flights of stairs after long days of exploring. The lighting in my room was quite dim. It was disappointing to have to request basic amenities as well instead of them being provided at check-in.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff! The location is fantastic, with local restaurants just steps away. The only downside was that the shower spilled water onto the floor, making it a bit slippery. 😅

The food at Ibis was a game-changer! The blend of Lao cuisine like sticky rice with mouthwatering dishes really hit the spot. The staff were also super helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist. Plus, the location is prime for strolling to nearby gems like Xang Khoo Restaurant.
However, I found the lighting in my room too yellow, making it feel a bit dreary. I also had to ask for basic amenities instead of having them automatically provided. would've been sweet if they'd thought to offer them up front at check-in.

great location but unideal lift situation
The location was perfect for exploring local sites and enjoying great food options. The staff genuinely went out of their way to assist me with my luggage and provided excellent recommendations for nearby eateries. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room and the breakfast spread, especially the delicious scrambled eggs and banana bread. The vibrant ambiance around the Night Market made my evenings memorable.
The lift was out of service during my stay, which was inconvenient after long days of exploring.

I had an awesome time enjoying the delicious breakfast options, especially the scrambled eggs and banana bread, and it was great to discover strawberry juice for the first time. The pool and cozy lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the room lighting was a bit dim, but it didn't spoil my experience at all. 😊

The lift was out of service during our stay, so we had to climb three floors, which wasn't ideal after a long day of exploring.

Great location and friendly staff
I stayed for 4 nights in a cozy room on the 3rd floor. Super comfy and close to local cafes and Wats, which was a bonus. The breakfast was a hit, had some delicious banana bread! Only downside was that I got charged for a toothbrush, which was a bit odd. Overall, a solid spot!
